Pretty much anything, Canada is very diverse in it's nationalities, you can get canadian, mexican, italian, any food you can think of here!

hummtheres like two culture in Canadathe french and the englishI dont knwo any english canadian foodbut for the french part :Tarte au sucre (kinda sugar pie)tire sur la neige ( thick maple syrup on the snow..)pet de soeur (really sweet)Sucre à la crème (really sweeet too! cant describe it in english :| )oreille de crisse ( looks like bacon but saltier)supe aux pois (pea soup )poutine (french fries, gravy and a special cheese (gouda))maple syrup (sometimes on pancakes yum)ragout de pattescretonsetc.....hope it helps

Like the others have said, it's very diverse but in this book I read, Alberta's known for buffalo burgers,

Manitoba- Perogies

New Brunswick- Fiddlehead soup

Newfoundland- Fish

Nova Scotia- Lobster

Saskatchewan- Saskatoon berry pie

Quebec- Baked bean casserole

BC (mainly vancouver)- Chinese and south asian food

Ottawa- Poutine
