  1. Hi Liaki , the big cities in Chile are not cheap, you must to visit small towns is you don't want to spend big money, Bolivia es very cheap, about transportation and food ... even jungle.

About Perú , Cuzco ( Machu Picchu) , and Lima City cost a little more because , Lima es the capital and you have good places and good services there , Pisco, Nazca, Arequipa an Puno is not expensive, you cant take a south circuit  in Perú then by bus to Bolivia and in the way to Chile you can visit the principal places in Bolivia , like La Paz, Tiahuanaco, Uyuni then by San Pedro de Atacama ( every thing by bus ) you can go in to Chile.  Now about how much? it's  depend , how many times, which kind of services and which places you want to visit?  food in South America is not expensive ...

bus from santiago to Valparaiso cost aprx.

    10 USD  ( 1,5 hrs) bus every 10 minutes until 22:00 hrs.

If you need more information , I am TRAVEL ADVISOR and TRAVEL AGENT  ,  will be great to help you .

    best regards

  2. I dont know about the first two but i know in Peru, it is 3."something"<- changes everytime i go! but its alway 3 soles to $1.. Eat at the little places, definitely, the food is better and usually less than 6 soles for a good size meal.. its amazing. as far as shopping goes, take a peruvian with you and have them barder for you.. can get stuff real cheap then!

  3. I just went to Peru and Bolivia in June.

All you have to know is that Bolivia is one of the cheapest countries in the world! You can have a three course meal for a dollar. Its actually 7 bolivanos to one dollar. A very nice "hostel" more like a hotel for example in Sucre is around 26 dollars a night with great breakfast included! Bus tickets for like a 12 hour one way trip was 50 dollars round.

Peru is a little more on the expensive side but it still cheap, its around 3 soles for one dollar. But still in Cusco you can get a very nice meal for 10 dollars. If ur taking the 4 hour train to Machu Picchu its about 100 dollars round trip. Hope you have fun! They are amazing countries!

  4. WELL, THERE ARE MANY THINGS TO SAY BUT IN SHORT,PERU IS THE BEST COUNTRY COMPARING  THE OTHER 2 ONES YOU JUST MENTIONED. PERU IS CHEAP BUT DEPENDS WHAT COUNTRIES ARE PLANNING TO VISIT . IF YOU ARE VISITING CUZCO AND LIMA MAKE SURE THAT YOU BRING A LOT OF MONEY CAUSE IT'S FAIRLY EXPENSIVE. ABOUT THE OTHER TWO COUNTRIES I HAVE NOTHING TO SAY 'CAUSE I'M PERUVIAN AND I DON'T LIKE MUCH THOSE COUNTRIES. IN FACT. I HATE THEM. JUST SEEING THEIR FACES I FEEL LIKE TROWING UP!!. BESIDES  PEOPLE SAY THAT THE CAPITAL OF CHILE WHICH IS SANTIAGO IT SMELLS REALLY BAD LIKE ****. ABOUT BOLIVIA THE PEOPLE THERE ARE UGLY AS UGLY AS A MULE.

    I HOPE I WAS HELPFUL.
