Hello, I am in US on July 08 i have H4 visa. So can I work in any concern or company without receiving salary

I have H4 visa. And I want to work somewhere instead of sitting at home. I have done my MBA in India. So is there any chance of joining any concern or company, without receiving any salary or remuneration. Just like gaining an experience

you could, but then you are maybe taking away a job from someone here that really needs to feed his or her family.

aren't there enough of american jobs in india for you to do?  

do volunteer work at a homeless shelter, or help the meals on wheels people, or do some other charity work. That would be a wonderful contribution, and get you out of the house.  With the housing market going south, and the high price of oil going up....more and more need volunteers.

You cannot work on H4. You have to get H1B to work in US.
