Hello, I have a GBC Shredmaster 6120S

Hi,I have a GBC Shredmaster 6120S and it stopped shredding.The bag is in right, the door is closed and locked.I went to put some paper in it and it won't shred, but it will go into reverse.Is there something I am not doing right? Is there a solution to this?Thanks.
