Hello, I want some help please..?

i m using a torrent software (Bitcomet) and i've got my IP blocked,that has slow down my downloading speed..i've also tried other torrent softwares but same slow speed...i reinstall the windows but nothing happened...can anyone plz help me..

You need to change the listening port in BitComet, since the actual one obviously is blocked.

Use a port somewhere between 40000 and 65000. That could solve a part of your problem.

Also renew your IP-address by typing in ipconfig /release [Enter] in the command prompt, turn off your computer for an hour or so in order to let the address-lease from your ISP "die".

Next time you start, go to command prompt again and type in ipconfig /renew [Enter]

After that type in ipconfig /all [Enter] and confirm that you have gotten a new IP-address.

Try BitComet again after that.
