Hello, I was just wondering if I can recharge my home a/c, and if so how do i do it?

I think they require a person to be certified for refrigeration before you can buy the coolant.  Then you also need the equipment and tools to do the job, gages etc.  So I guess the answer is that it would be no simple assignment to do this yourself.
