There is only one way to get a visa, and that is via the nearest Spanish embassy which covers Moldova, and in this case it is in Romania

There are lots of companies suggesting that they are experts & specialists in obtaining a visa on your behalf, but they are at best expensive, and at worst a scam.  Why pay someone for doing something that you can do for yourself.'

So just contact the embassy and they will send you the application form and also inform you of any papers which are required

Buna!  The easiest way to get a visa to Spain is first make sure all of your business is in order in Rep. Moldova before you leave.  Make sure you have money in an account, correctly completed paperwork and a valid passport before you go to the Embassy in Bucuresti.  Do not trust anyone that says they can "get" you to Spain and do not give your passport to anyone to hold as insurance or for safekeeping.  If you have a trusted friend or family member in Spain legally, give their address and a letter from them as a reference at the visa interview.  If you are going through an agency in Rep. Moldova, make sure they are reputable and credible and do lots of research.  If anyone is offering you a job that sounds too good to be true, it probably is, so it is better to make all of your plans yourself.
