  1. The only free medical insurance (free to you, paid for by me and all the other working stiffs out there) is Medicaid.  Access, in PA.  

    You go to your local welfare office and apply for it.  If you don't qualify for Medicaid, you're not going to get welfare health insurance.


  2. There is no such place. In fact anyone whoever in the past received this benefit is now being required to pay it back. If you received this benefit in the past you are required to notify the Montgomery, Pa City Hall (I do not have an address or phone number available) to make arrangement to pay the beneift back. Failure to notify the city if you received these benefits will subject you to criminal penalties including insurance fraud. Penalties also carry a fine of $200,000 and two years in county jail.

  3. Medicaid in Pa is available for adults (I'm assuming you are an adult). You will have to meet income guidelines:
