NO no not completely they will make to there       best interest some things that they dont want you to know wont be there so be CAREFUL

The word is ADS, not adds.

And no, I would not "trust" the ad. I would want to see & interact with the dog and speak with the owner.

why not? I trust them because they take money from the common vendors and publish it as the vendors like. If a customer likes it, they ll visit vendors store and buy whatever they want.
