Hello, how can I fix the interference that is making my CB Radio on my car?

I have a Cobra CB Radio on my car with a magnetic antenna mount. But every time that i start the engiene the cb radio start to make wird sounds.

i have a noise suppressor, and it works ... a little, you are never going to cut out all the noise....  have you run the radio power straight to the battery with an inline fuse?   that will help a little, and make sure it is grounded well.   i am not sure but i would imagine if you got a more expensive suppressor it would work better than a cheaper one...

CB radios are very sensitive to picking up electrical interference from your car's engine because they operate on AM.
