  2. Go to Philippine embassy in your place.  they are the one handling the renewal of all Filipinoes who are out of the Philippines.

  3. You can renew it at the Philippine embassy or consulate nearest to you. That would be the embassy in Washington, D.C. This is also the embassy that has jurisdiction over Georgia. Here are the contact information.

    There is also an honorary consulate in Atlanta, but going there is by appointment only. You might still want to inquire there, here are the contact information.

  4. Check Miami/ Fort Lauderdale, they might have one too.  My wife is Filipina so we have been looking at them too but I live in the middle of NYC and Washington D.C.
