Hello, want to know the best destination for shopping in Florence, and what would be the near hotel be to?

i can take any advice in order not to waist time shopping in wrong places in florence, are outlets good option, if yes witch one is best when it comes to designer shops

For chic places the area around the Ponte Vecchio (Ponte Vecchio itself for fantastic jewelry). For fun stuff Mercato di San Lorenzo.

For a nice inexpensive little hotel with friendly service, clean &simple (and easy to get everywhere on foot):

Hotel Hermes, Via L. Allamani (street next to the train station)

It's run by an american/italian lady named Patricia. (I recommend it to everyone)

In Firenze you need to go to the Ponte Vecchio and the area around it there are so many little shopping place's its crazy. If you have the time and a car drive to San Gimignano.

City of the Beautiful Towers surrounded by the splendid Tuscan countryside. The shopping here is "old school" still make everything from hand its amazing but if modren shopping stay in Firenze. Ciao
