Hello,I have a Vector Smart

Hello,I have a Vector Smart 12V battery Charger#1093A.I kept it under the shead with my boats.I may have used it 20 or 25 times. I would like to know where to send for repair.I did look around for a fuse but chould not find one. I don't feel I got what I payed for.Can someone help and old man,get his batteries charged up. With out being over charded:I had to sat it! Thank you,WhiskyjoeP.S. My zip is 29431.
