Hello,can any1 tell me if an early sign of pregnancy a constant dull aching of the stomach?

i have not yet missed a AF but cant help notice the dull ache, its like slight constant period pains! can any1 answer?

However, that symptom can also be caused by a number of other things including food problems, stomach problems, flu, cold, period, etc .. so don't get too caught up in it.
