Hello,is it possible to apply france visa in maroc embassy even im filipina ?

hello,im planning to apply a france visa here in casablanca,morocco embassy but im confused if its posibble coz im filipina and just tour here.i completely have the documents needed for a tourist visa.can you give some advice pls?thanks

Yes of course. You just apply for it like any Moroccan.

I don't know though if there is something like an accelerate procedure or something like that.. But i don't think so. So apply for it as soon as you can because French bureaucracy is famous :)
