Pin the tail on the horse, playing  cards with horse theme, play horseshoes.

Maybe, if all three of you guys have horses, you guys could ride somewhere, like the beach or something. Or just ride around in your yard, have races, etc.

You could also watch horse movies, play horse board games... other that, I don't know, other than just talking about horses.

See who can name the parts of a horse..have a conformation chart...you can do the same with saddles, bridles,

Put specific characteristics of lets say color breeds ( what kind of horse has striped hooves, a blanket, and spotted muzzle) the person pulling that description out of a hat would have to give the correct answer...Appaloosa.  What horse is golden yellow with a white mane and tail?, etc.

If three of them are people that ride horses, i would take them riding. Other wise i really dont know.
