Hello. Can somebody please help me find the name of this incident??

Question

An entire town was ailing from some kind of sickness. A young boy's life was sacrificed in order to donate his blood to the town. The townsmen became well again, but the boy was dead.

The young boy was the only one in the town with the right kind of blood to cure the people.
