If there was a way to get them in, there has to be a way to get them out - if you can't figure it out yourself, then take her to the doctor.  good luck.

You should try to get them out first. If you cant then take her to the installer or doctor. I once knew a kid who stuck a bead down her ear. She went to the doctor and he got it out. Good luck! ♥ sam

a & e never mess with kids ears you can push things in too far and damage the ear drum.

Yes you can take them out.  My 15 year old son put them in behind my back.  They can be taken out at any size.  She is telling you this because the holes will close up and she doesn't want that to happen.

Okay, what size are they.. and there is only one in each ear correct? (check if she's lying and just doesn't want to take them out first though)

Edit ~ Okay, fyi to the people Trying to answer this.... gauges aren't things 'stuck' in peoples ears like little beads, they are a kind of earing... don't make strange comments if you have no idea what your speaking about.

One person is right in saying they can come out, but the holes will close up, there is a chance of tearing your ear trying to get them out... so go to a peircing shop and get some advice from them, i had to do it when i got my earing. they know better then anyone here.
