Hello, I need a sponsor from Europe / UK who will help me to work in Europe/Uk.?

Question

I am living in Sri Lanka and I was interested in going Europe and work. But I do not have enough funds in my bank to show to embassy and get visa. . Anybody can halp me in this case? Is there anybody who can sponsor me? Or do you know any web site that can help me find a sponsor??
