  1. we bought a piece of plywood from lowes had them cut to size used spray adhesive put  1/2 " foam bought at joanns fabric to the board then wrapped the faux leather also sold at Joanns.staple the fabric to the back of the plywood. My husband attached 2 pieces of wood to attach it to the bed frame.Looked like real leather soft and pretty.Cost about 50 bucks

  2. You can go to Home Depot and they will cut the plywood for you. For twin 39" x 24"- full 57" x 24" and queen 63" x 24". It doesn't have to be the best plywood and get the thinest one they have. Do everything the other person told you to do. If your material isn't tightly woven you might be able to squeeze a nail between the fibers and nail it to studs on the wall or you could find some heavy duty picture hanging brackets and place one in each corner and hang it like a large picture.

If you want to have buttons on it then drill holes in the plywood and using heavy duty(real thick)upholstery thread run the thread through the material pulling the button tight and attach a cheaper button on the back and tie off.

  3. Easy project.

What you'll need is fabric, batting (padding), and a piece of plywood. A staple gun helps too, LOL.

There are a couple of little tricks to the project, but for the most part it's fairly straightforward. The basics are to staple fabric to a piece of wood and mount the wood to the wall. Simply cut the plywood to the desired size, place the batting on the wood and place the fabric on top of the batting. Flip the whole thing over and staple it all together on the back side. Thats it.

    A couple of tricks.

    - Figure out how you want to mount the whole thing before you start and either put the hardware in place first, or mark it out clearly before you begin.

    - Spray mount the padding to the wood, but not to the fabric.

    - Make certain that your fabric is large enough to cover the piece, and try to use uphostery fabric.

    - Staple opposite sides together (as in; at the same time), but save the corners for last so you can keep everything uniform.

    Lots of luck,
