  1. The legal age to enter a club is 18 due to the drinking age being 18. You will need ID as they ask everyone.

A bit of advise dont go in to nightclubs as they are brothels, if you want a drink and a dance you need to look for disco or disco bars.

    Have fun x

  2. I find this odd, because I was in Spain last march and the drinking age was 16. Atleast, that was to buy it from the store. However I was in pubs when I was 17 and no one questioned me. I always just assumed because you can buy booze at 16 that you can drink it as well. Perhaps clubs are different. Check the government websites for Spain to find out the exact age limits.

  3. You should be 18.

  4. 18 is the legal limit for drinking alcohol here in Spain. You may be allowed in and drink Coke, but I doubt many places here in Málaga will question you.

Your best bet with booking a hotel if you are under 18 is to go to a travel agent with your parents and find out if you can, but if you are just 16 I doubt the answer will be yes.

  5. Legally, if you're +16 you can drink beer and a few drinks with a low alcohol percentage only, spirits and stronger alcohols are reserved for +18.

You only will be allowed to get in a few discotheques if you're under 18 (however if you look more than your age and they don't ask you for your I.D. perhaps you'll easily enter in most clubs).

There's also some discotheques are reserved for +21 years old people.

But If you're under 18 and you are interested in drinking, well.. that's possible too: You can buy any kind of alcohol in groceries (specially the ones owned by arabic or chinese people), and if you manage to enter in some club you'll be able to have any drink you want provided you pay some 10€ for it.

You shouldn't have problems renting a hotel room if you 're +16.

If you go Spain, specially don't miss MADRID, it's one of the nicest cities in Europe.
