I want to move to Canada for educational porpoises. It's not political or anythine. Where do I start the process? Thanks!

  2. You would need to get permanent residence for 3-5 years in order to be eligible for citizenship.  

    Study visa's to Canada will not help you to gain citizenship because they are only given out on a temporary basis.  Once the study visa is expired the individual must leave Canada.

    You may be eligible for a work visa.  You can get a work visa in the immigrant class (permanent status).  You need to see if you qualify. Visit the Citizenship and Immigrations Canada website for more details; www.cic.gc.ca
