Hello. My cat has little red pimples (mostly around the genitals). Anyone knows what it might be?

My cat has little red pimples. Most of them are near the genitals and rather close to one another. 2 of them are near the front legs. Should I worry? I read about acne on the internet, but it only said for the chin.

I took my cat to the vet a few days ago (10) because of the well known "hairball" problem but I hadn't noticed them because of the fur and neither did the vet (or maybe they weren't there at the time).. Also my cat vomitted yesterday, which I put down to the hairball problem. Around 12 days ago my cat run away from home and I found it 5 hours later. I'm probably over-protective but I'm worried that it may have caught something (disease). But I have it vaccined, all the vaccines bar the one for leukemia. Also, when I took it to the vet, he gave it a shot for fungus (there was a spot with no fur under its mouth). Could it be a reaction to that shot? Can anyone help? Am I just worrying too much? Thanks!
