Anyone know the default resolution setting in Photoshop CS2?

I created a flyer for work and later on made a new graphic in a new document using a different resolution setting.

I dragged the new graphic into my original flyer and it looked really pixelated when i scaled it! Duh!

Thanks in advance!

  1. It is 72 DPI...You will want to change that to at least 300 DPI

  2. when you go to create a new file, make sure you select US paper, from the drop down list, the default when you make a new file is WEB,which is ALOT smaller

  3. Do you still have the original document you created saved?

Open it and check the image. Then recreate the second image to match.

As far as a default setting, you can look in you program prefs. But i think it just uses the same settings from last time used.

    Hope this helps ya out.
