  1. i believe that the worst case though is when the cheif mashall (head of judical) is republican that the become more powerful. the constutition doesnt cover the judical branch and thats why we have the judical review but they still use implied powers and since republlicans follow the constution losely it gets abuse there for not checking the other like it should and throwing the sytem off.

  2. Legislative

    Executive

    Judicial

Because we didn't want a king.

Each branch has some power over the other two branches. Therefore no one branch of government can control everything.  This is called "checks and balances."

  3. It used to be The Executive, (President) Legislative (Congress and the House of Representatives) and the Judicial (The Supreme Court)  But that has devolved to:

    Corporations

    Media

    Government

The corporations run the government and use the media to feed us the propaganda necessary to have us go along with whatever they want to do - like rob our treasury or fight a war, or spy on people, or indemnify their friends beyond the law, etc etc.  The government makes laws for the people to pay the corporate taxes and to protect them from lawsuites, give them contracts etc etc etc.

    It's a new world folks.

Vote Obama and change it for the better!
