Hello this is a little confusing, I was not permitted entry on the visa waiver program being an Australian cause basically to cut a long story short the word work came up when I was only trying to visit for a short time, anyway I was told if I wanted to enter next time I needed a visa, so I applied for a visa in Australia and was denied also after having done an FBI check which I paid alot of money for and hadn't even been in the USA previously to supposedly get on there list, then when refused was told I might have property in Mexico and do u have a turn around form, hmmm Was given no such document so afer wasting like $500 I have nothing I not sure but if US custom official see the word having visited Mexico is that an alarm bell or what???

Please help!! Not desperate to get into the USA but wondering why I'm being treated like a criminal its not as if I'm a Mexican trying to illegally enter the USA and makes me think its easier to do thing illegal than legally ridiculous hmm

  1. Appeal your case by citing that your travel is legal and willing to follow the conditions of the entry into the country.

  2. It sounds like you broke the law last time you were in the United States and there is also a record that you tried to enter the U.S. and were refused entry. Often, when people are refused entry they are given the chance to withdraw their application to be admitted to the U.S. This prevents them from getting another ineligibility for visiting the U.S. It sounds like this may have happened to you (or there is a record of it happening to you in the system) and they want to see the form that you were given when you were refused entry last time. Provide them with this form and explain why you think the entries in the system about you may be in error.
