One thing i will tell you, DONT take the bus, you will hated, eventhough is cheaper, but you might end up loosing alot of money on the bus. wear tennis shoe, you will be walking alot. bring alot of water. if you go right now it is kinda cold so before you go check the weather.

I suject you to take a Halong Bay 3 Days 2 nights trip and overnight in Junk very interesting and relax (All the view as same as China Guilin).
