There are quite a few the good one's are kept up near Barçalona but even in Almería you could visit the old Texas western hollywood set's or go to Vera Agua water park or Magíco Isla

Terra Mítica near Benidorm

Warner Bros. in Madrid

Isla Mágica in Seville

Tivoli in Málaga

Then there are several Safari type Parks

Such as SELWO near Estepona in Málaga...

I know there is another Selwo  near Valladolid,

and a third animal park in Cantabria, but I don't remember the name of that one
