  1. p53 is called the apoptosis pathway, which is sucidide cell death. It is a sequence of molecular pathways that results is cells death.

    With cancer, this pathway does not work right. Usually the initiation of p53 has problems. When the cell cannot commit apoptosis, then this a growing damaged cell.
