  1. i live 2minutes away from uxbridge.

to get to central london is about 45-60minutes on the underground, about £6-7 for a travelcard to travel on trains and buses all day after 9.30am

the weather should be ok, ut theres no telling so ur best checking the day before u come, i would suggest t-shirts and a couple of cardies/ jumpers

  2. hi, i live near uxbridge. yes you will need money as a expensive town.

on the underground to central london will take you approx 60 minutes.

the weather is always rubbish in sw london here, it's always raining.

if you need any more help just send me a email message

  3. Uxbridge is in greater London, I think it's still classed as west London.  The weather is very different at the moment,  I don't think you can really say if it's going to be sunny or going to rain.

Uxbridge is not very close to London city centre distance wise, but it's on the underground and so access to the city centre by train is very easy.

Sorry not sure how much £'s to take with you for two weeks, as it depends what you do in the city.  The tube ( underground ) you can buy a weekly travelcard which will be more expensive to start with but a lot cheaper in the long run.  This site has more information on traveling on the underground ( http://www.londontoolkit.com/briefing/un... ).

    I hope this helps.

  4. Uxbridge is very close to Heathrow Airport youc an get the tube into central London (get a travelcard or if you know someone ask them to get you an oystercard).  Cant say how much money depends what you want to do.  London has free musuems but top attractions cost money (avoid Madam Taussauds it a waste of money)

  5. Uxbridge is part of Greater London, to the west of the central part of the city, which is about 8 miles away.  There is a tube train that takes you into central London.

The weather at the end of July is usually warm, although it can rain heavily sometimes for short periods.

London is a very expensive place, so take as much as you can afford.

    And your English is fine!
