Hello everyone, does anyone have an idea on how i should format a pardon letter to immigration department ?

My situation is i have to exit the country and come back again in order for them to renew my work permit, my boss asked me to type out one and he will sign it and trust me this scares me i have no clue what to say but it needs to say that they should allow me to stay in the country while they renewing my work permit since am the only person in the office who knows how to run this office.......anybody out there willing to help please

There are forms that need filling out. As per the letter make it coherent and to the point. Make sure to stress no one else is qualified for your job.
