  2. from personal experiance goa is a cra* hole. i will never go there again.

  3. You should check out some websites about Goa..I know http://www.goaholidayhomes.com gives out some great information about Goa and it is also one of the best websites ever that i've seen about Goa..U'll get all info about places to visit, climate, hotels, guest houses etc in this great website! So enjoy ur trip n have fun!!

  4. humid, sweaty. ok the place is cheap, but the weather is hot. and i mean hot, like that girl who goes through the jungle hot. and still has her tick on her back, lol, monsoons is justa few weeks away, bikes are cheap, bear is cheap. beach shacks are shutting down for the season, stupid Tito.s is the place everyone wants to go to, load of c**p.. but then again at this time of year it maybe fun, more backpackers, not so many tourists.

  5. See the Goa threads on www.indiamike.com

  6. who do you think you are frigging Ali G?

  7. I nt kwn wat yorn meen speeeke englshy

However try the lion trance bar top side of Anjuna Beach. anjuna flea market is a great place to chill out for the day and good cheap food at the sunset restaraunt next to the shore bar. Find out if there are going to be any parties on the beach.

  8. goa is 365 days of fun. Fun for all..children, young ones and aged ones.

stroll on the sandy beach, enjoy water scooter, see dolphins, vist churches/temples, when hungry, try native fish-curry with rice. sip native fenny and enjoy.

april is just the end of good season. heat starts then. till mid april, you get off-season discount in rooms. better stay at panaji rather than lonely beach resorts.

  9. I have been to Goa twice, and you will be alright at the begining of April because after that it becomes very humid.

We stayed at the Kammat in Calangute and it was great, it is getting towards the end of the season so it will be cheaper. Just round the corner there is a great bar called Bonnies and it is run by Sam and his brother the best place to go back to. There is The sportsmans Bar in Candolim that shows football all day and night.

The kammat is on the border of Candolim and Calangute, which we found very handy. All the beach shacks are great for during the day and at night especially for the sunsets.

We went on a few trips, we got a taxi to take us to Dhurdusgar Falls which is fantastic, you can swim in the lake and feed the monkeys. the taxi waits for you and then takes you to a spice plantation and the whole day cost about £10.

We went on a Indian Retreat where you ride and bathe Elephants and sleep in mud huts, it was brilliant.

We went to Cola beach and slept in tents on the beach which had proper bathrooms, and watched the dolphins.

We went on a rice boat overnight sailing up the river, and everyone of the trips were great but the best was the Indian Retreat.

There is the Wednesday market at Anjouna and there is one on a saturday night which has groups etc on called Ringos.

I hope this is of some use to you, and have a great holiday, I wish I was going with you.
