Hello from Mexico!! one question for Canadians?

Im from Mexico and would like to visit Canada.

Can somebody tell me what i need to go to canada?

I heard that if you are from Mexico, you dont need nothing but your passport to go to Canada, is that true??

What if want to stay live and study there for a while?? is it the same?

if you want to live in canada you need permission from the goverment
