Hello guys how can i change Adobe file into a normal M.S doc...?????

Hi....

Immm....i have some files which r in the Adobe file format.....so in that v cant make any kind of improvements or changes....u can select the text and paste it in a M.S new doc...but the thing is that it dosnt come in the same format like tables and spacings....all get gathered to geather....so how can i change the Adobe fine to M.S file.....without effecting the content in the file......plzz.........gimme some solution for this..!!
