This is not clear at all.  Your English is rather poor.  From what you say, I gather that your visa for whatever country you are in has already expired.  Get out of that country immediately!  If you are in China on an expired visa, get out of China instantly or your tookus is toast!  Zero tolerance for immigration violations.  A number of other countries have zero tolerance for immigration law violations, too.

As for your supposedly pg girlfriend, make sure that's true.  The marriage trap game is very proficiently played, and you are prey.  And there is no way to marry her while your visa is expired, and no way to get her to another country before she would have a baby, if she really is pg.  Getting a spousal visa takes time, plus she has to get an exit visa from China.

well the fact that shes pregnant at least guarentees u will be back in china you need to have some cash or connections in the higher echelons of society to get married and renew your visa in china whlie its expired..it sounds like you tuk a **** in their backyard and tryin to use the pregnancy as an excuse..no no not gud they cud actually throw u in prison its legall for them..so my advice is get cash pay the fine get the ten days to re-apply
