monday

50 pushups

50 squats

50situps

50legraises

plank

3. 8 minute rounds of jumprope duble unders etc.

30 burppes full out

300 jumping jacks

wed

clap pushups

pistols

handstand pushups

thurs

= tuesday

fri

=monday

sat

oval work

sprinting

long distance runs

beep test

sunday

rest

and also do you have to be tall to be good at boxing and could use give me a diet that ill give me a low body fat %

    your workout seems to be well thought out.

    i also recommend you to make a plan of what you can eat to gain muscle/weight such as eating meat products (chicken, pork, beef), nuts, yougurts, seeds and eggs which all have a high source of protein. you want to make sure you can balance your routines working on strength, stanima and agility and to not over work yourself.

    for the low body fat diet i reccomend the following:

    Commit to consuming 4 - 6 small meals and snacks everyday.

    To succeed, you must plan ahead by packing your foods the night before. Thus, you should always have fresh and low-fat foods around.

    Keep it simple. Don't get too caught up on the specifics or your diet. Start by simply just counting calories.

    Eat your foods slower.

    Make healthier food selections like fruits, vegetables, whole grain cereals, and beans, low-fat or nonfat dairy products, low fat meats, fish and skinless poultry.

    Avoid foods that are high in fat and calories.

    Avoid foods that are high in sugars such as pastries, candy bars, pies and candy.

    Use a variety of fruits and vegetables in your nutrition plan. Start by trying to eat 5 total vegetable and fruit servings every single day.

    Also remeber to not workout to much as your body is still growing.
