  1. lol go 2 the gym, swim a little

    and if all else fails der is always drugs


  2. i dont think you should worry about your weight too much, you can use it to your advantage playing as a forward, props for example are real heavier and strong players. If you really wanna lose weight, just watch what you eat and play LOADS of rugby.

    OR

    Play as a No.8, this requires weight as well, but not as much, your scrum would definitely benefit.

  3. erm just do 2000m rowin den 10 50m sprints on the running maachine... squats and arm weights.... runnin in the evening.......play more rugby is the best way

  4. Considering you're 15 and you're only 50kg, you're probably gonna be one of the smallest guys on the field. You might want to bulk up a bit with some weight training. But if getting monstered by larger guys doesn't worry you and you just want to get fit, then cardio is definitely the way to go. Run/walk/skip/bike... Swim even, if it's Summer where you live.

  5. Play lots of Rugby!  That seems it will get you into shape.

  6. eat healthy and turn it into musle with lots of workout plans check out the rugby workout plans

  7. u might go for walk daiy, coz its a well known fact that daily a bit running always makes u fit in all respect (mentally, physically, emotionally)......

    2. weights, bulk yourself up

    3. run 200m spurts [run 200m, walk 200m, run 200m walk 200m]

  9. hey i was the same just eat a healthy balanced diet and play rugby and go running that's what i did anyway
