Visa to Luxemburg is very very hard to get for Egyptians.

Luxemburg is part of Schengen treaty and so it is like Belgium, Germany, France etc.

Because there is no ebassy of Luxembourg in Egypt, you need to ask the ebassy of Belgium, Germany or The Netherlands in Cairo for help.

Who you ask depends upon the airport you use. If you fly first to Germany, you need to apply to the German embassy for a visa.

Getting a German visa: I hope you have a lot of money.

If you do not have a lot of money, you need to find a person to invite you to Germany. This man needs to sign a paper and pay a deposit of 1250 Euro to invite you. Not everybody will do this!
