For Australia you will need a ETA visitor visa (sub class 976), which can be applied for online

As a United Kingdom citizen you are on the visa waiver program of the U.S.A., means you can travel and visit the country for tourist purposes less than 90 days.

Absolutely everyone except Australian Passport holders needs a visa of one sort or another to enter Australia.

You can get visitors visas on line.

yes you do for australia, no you dont for canada,sorry dont know about the US
