Hello i have joined a company by paying?

Hello i have joined a company by paying 40,000(fourty thousand rupees ) where i have been said that i would be given training upto 6 months and later i would be paid ......but after 6 months they said due some management problem it will take more 6 months to pay the salary last year i have joined in August 2007 now it crossed august 2008 still they are not paying any salary to me but they are still saying we will pay in next month ........when ever i ask about salary they say they will pay in next month . Now I got a job somewhere else and i have to join on 25 August ....shall i wait uptill september first week as said by employer to recieve the salary here or shall i resign and join the new job .........My present company is very near to my house and new job's office is 40km away from my house....There are 10 member's like me ....they are also not receiving any salary........what shall i do please suggest............? iam in a complete confusion.or ambiguity.......Shall i forget about my 40,000 (fourty thousand Rupees).... please tell me what to do...but please dont tell me to sue the company or consulta lawyer ...as iam in a financial crises...............please help me........

do you hav any documents about payment of 40,000 Rs. then you can do some thing

Back door entry now a days has become very common. But u shud realise that it is Very Very dangrous. If ur caught ull completely ruin and mess up ur career. Thank God that nobody found out about it till now. But if they did they can black list you. I suggest u get away from the Company ASAP. And u cannot getaway just like that isnt ? U have to serve the notice period. Give ur resignation and move out by next month. If they value u they ll pay ur salary after receiving ur resignation if they didnt also take it as a warnign sign and move out. Try to get all ur documents back if u ve submitted any. Good if they give u an experience letter. But no worries either. U got ur 1 year experience so think that u got ur money bak and run in a diff direction. Take up the new job even if its far and start afresh. Better to b safe than sorry.

U hav payed 40,000 bcoz i think u got fed up with searching job as fresher or with fake experience.Nowadays getting a job is very difficult,so u paid the amount and got job.But now u got experience.money is not matter,u can earn tht 40,000 within 3 or 4 month in any company. so already u hav waited one year but u gained experience n got new job.so forget abt tht 40,000.Just think with tht 40,000 money u got 1 year experience and got new job.So join new company.enjoy ur life.Dnt hesitate.All the best.
