Where it tells you what? Since you have the number you could try a reverse phone search. Click on the white pages on the msn homepage.

Try www.anywho.com.  There's a reverse lookup feature that could help.  It won't work if the number is a cell phone or unlisted of course.

Yes - go to whitepages.com and click on "reverse lookup." If you enter the number it will tell you who the number belongs to.

Only exception is cell phones and probably unlisted numbers.
