Hello! i heard that min wage went up july 1st, 2008 to 7.40hr does that mean that the ones that make over 7.40

will get an increase as well h**l i been working 5yrs at the same place and only make 7.72 hr, that truely sucks. I live in Michigan that where min wage went up

no - there is no obligation to raise salary if you are making more than minimum.

minimum wage sure didn't go up like that in ohio, but to answer your question, if it went up, it is up to the individual company whether they raise everyones pay or not
