  1. AlertPay is known in PTC world so I think it is not a scam if you wanted to ask about it.

    Does it work for Pakistan? I do not know. Best advice - make an account and check. You do not need to verify it immediately so it is safe to test. Caution! There are 2 kinds of free accounts: Personal and Personal Pro. Personal is really free where Personal Pro gets a commissionn from all your incoming funds. I recommend Personal account for a start.
