You can look up the listings in your area.  Cable channels are different in every viewing area, so no one on here can tell you unless you specify where you live.

It depends on where you live.  I know Oxygen is moving to digital in many Comcast regions.  You can visit comcast.com and put in your zip.  it will give you the chanel line-up.

you can't get it with standard cable. you need the cable with premium stations.
