Question

Hello my name is Karen, and our school has bought a canon pro9000 from you. We use the printer in our digital photography class and someone has sent several copies of one picture to the printer and I am not able to delete the jobs. I've followed the directions in the "Quick start guide" book. After i've deleted all of the jobs within the windo and I go to print a new and differnt picture the old picture/job shows up and starts to print again. What else do i need to do? Please respond back to help us out. Thank you very much, Karen
