put out your right hand onto the table finger tips touching the tables but palm up, rest the stick between your thumb and fore finger about 30cm from the tip. use your other hand to push the stick forward, whilst aiming at the ball.

*put a bit of talc where the stick rests on your hand- it makes it easier*
