No. I know for a fact this applies to all states btw. Jury duty list are derived from the voter registration list. The reason is because ppl convicted of felonies are not allowed to vote or serve jury duty. That is why the same list is used in both areas.

Every state has different ways of selecting...in NJ it's DMV records, voting registration and I believe property taxes.

In California they get it off the DMV records.
