Hello people' can i save my chinese food. egg fried rice pork curry? ?

not hugry at minute. ive heard u have got 2 b careful wiv rice! can i just put in fridge and eat it 2morrrow, or will it poison me?

Im Mrs greedy pants and always order too much so I always put my chinese in the fridge and heat it up the next day, the only thing i dont reheat is seafood.

It will keep fine in the fridge overnight.

To reheat in the microwave, sprinkle some drops of water over the rice, it tends to dry out in the fridge.

If you let the rice cool and then wrap it or seal it in a container then put it in the fridge, it will be fine for a few days. Heat it thoroughly when eating.

Also, a tip I got from the Japanese: If you cook too much rice, let it cool and seal it and put it in the freezer. You can defrost it even a month later and it will be fine.

Don't throw away rice! Buddha will make you eat every grain you didn't eat in your life in the afterlife.

you should be fine if you eat it within a day or two. just make sure you reheat it thoroughly.

No problem if you put it into the fridge as soon as its cooled down a bit.If you haven't got a fridge grow a hump.
