hi there . the thing i have heared that some people moove there(Ireland) and marry with an Irish citizen for the purpose to be an irish citizen. they usually pay them for.. so is there any such people or can i find those people there bcoz m planning to visit Ireland and wish to be an irish national???

This will not work.The police will arrest you .Irish people do not do this ,maybe Latvians ect in Ireland but you will need proof that it's a valid marriage. the police will  arrest you and put you in gaol not nice for a non european, then you will be deported.The woman will have your money. Irish marraige laws are strict and take a while. Bad country  to try this.
