used stuff doesnt bring much, especially when it gets out of date.  these wont accept a cassette, and no one really runs freewheels now days, so that really hurts them.  i wouldnt think they would do that well.  i have an older set of campy wheels.  i figure i might as well keep them as to give them away.  you are in the same place.  just keep them.
